Waste of money product that seems to be a faked Miele product

I do not believe this is an original Miele plinth filter. Everytime I was using it my Miele T1 tumble dryer was ending the programme cycle with an error message to clean the plinth. Once I put the old filter back the error disappeared. The filter is slighter larger and does not fit well. So I ended up buying this directly from Miele. At least I know what I spent money on will be working. I cannot recommend this product at all! It is not even cheap.
