lovely book - lovely Company
lovely book which I sent to Australia for my daughter as she has just acquired two mature cats from the rescue centre.
I actually went and pick this up with another book as it is produced and printed in my town. Lovely people.
I got this at a good price on ebay - to be honest I would never have paid the original price as this and the other book are paperback, relatively small in size and number of pages.
I think this is a very small bestoke firm, so I suppose overheads are high in comparison to the bigger companies.

produced such succulent meat with little effort.
A new experience, so always teething problems. Found the instructions a little difficult to follow, but once I mastered it was fine.
Have cooked a couple of meals using the sous vide and have been pleased with the result. You do need to have a recipe book as timing and temperature is vital.
Did a rack of lamb and oh boy was it tender.
So yes I recommend this piece of equipment.
