Not good value for the money
I’ve had a kitchen aid processor for years, the last model was extremely sturdy and efficient if somewhat awkward to get clean but the lid and bowl were both damaged after years of use and I couldn’t get a replacement so obviously went for another kitchen aid , what an utter disappointment the unit is around the same size but is at least only a third of the weight of my old model and performs just as good as any cheap processor, cooking is my hobby and passion, whatever I’ve tried it fails to mix cake mixture properly and the cakes refuse to rise, I have to use a small electric hand whisk to finish the mixture it’s as though the blade is too far off the bottom of the bowl to fully mix the mixture, cleaning is another issue , my last model was bad but this unit is much worse ,it’s not a cheap machine and certainly not good value for what it does,
