Amazing product but incomplete

The thermostat is fantastic, it’s of good quality, very easy to install and set up The software has great functionality and is very easy to navigate My only disappointment was finding that they don’t include any accessories to power the thermostat and during the middle of the installation I was scouring the house trying to find a spare usb charger and micro usb cable Personally I find this a bit miserable of them which is only reason I’m not giving 5 stars
