Great tool for knitters, crocheters
Very useful, multi-function tool. Better than some tools, as crochet hooks can be measured/sized by fitting into the notches of the inner piece; some tools make you poke the hook into a hole, as you do with knitting needles, in order to size them, but hooks with larger heads don't fit into holes. The notches mean you can just lay the hook's shaft into the notches to size the hook. The only thing that would make it better would be to have a more substantial pouch to store it in, as Clover's cellophane pouches do not hold up well.

Still a great size but I don't like the change in construction and materials
0 of 1 found this helpful I love the size of the Villager tote/purse: it's large enough for not only your usual purse contents but also a small book and a lightweight sweater! However, I did notice that the straps are not as thick as they used to be. They used to be more padded and more pliable; these are thin and stiff. I also wish they hadn't changed the pocket configuration on the front; while the zippered pocket is nice, having one large and two small front pockets were nicer. The large one used to have a sewn-in key fob, and the two little half-width pockets were great for stashing a chapstick and pen. The lining fabric has changed as well. Instead of being the same cotton-weight fabric as the outside of the bag, it's now a slippery, satin-y type of fabric. I'm sure this all must be a cost-cutting measure. Too bad; I liked the bags the way they used to be.
