  Super fast delivery, but I was a bit disappointed with the packaging. I ordered a Precious Moments figurine, and it was shipped in its original box without any additional packaging or protection. As a collector, the condition of the box matters, and since it was used as the shipping box, I had to carefully peel off the shipping labels, hoping not to damage it. Unfortunately, the box also arrived a bit scuffed up—unsure if it was like that beforehand or if it was damaged during shipping.

  I am sorry to hear about this. Around this same time in October we had another buyer inform us how important the box is for collectors. We have over the last two months changed our shipping procedures for all precious moments shipping to be more secure and not have shipping labels on the direct boxes. As we are a resale company we did not know that the boxes were part of the collectibility of precious moments. We value our customers bringing such issues to our attention. Hank you.

  I purchased 4 cups and the seller only shipped 2. I contacted the seller and never received a message back. The cups were shipped in a drink box wrapped in plastic bags, one of them was chipped.
