Great
Great little product for the price, it does the job nicely.

Terrible
When I opened this product I thought great, however after using it it doesn't self retract, it's a nightmare to store it gets all caught up, so I spend more time unraveling than I do watering the garden, very disappointed, had to order another hose that retracts.
