Makes a loud irritating noise
This is my first iron of this kind. It does the job fairly well although not as well as I was expecting. The iron itself is lightweight which is good. Unfortunately, every 3 minutes or so it makes a very loud noise which I immediately thought was a fault but on reading the instructions this is apparently quite normal. It may be normal to the makers but when you are standing doing over an hours ironing it becomes a real irritant and if I had known of it before purchasing I would not have done so. Also the water carrier is virtually impossible to see through which makes it almost impossible to see where you are filling it up to. I had read this on previous reviews but not been troubled because I thought people were maybe exaggerating or had poor eyesight but it is a bad design fault. Better than my previous smaller iron but maybe you do have to pay a lot more to get the desired result.

Used before so know its good
lovely colour, suits complexion and hair colour. doesn't get into eyes or cause irritation like powder shadows do.
