Ingenious packaging

At the moment of purchase I didn't mind much about the other stuff – had a lot of trust in the whole trade system as it is. But was really interested in - how they'll send a delicate electronic device with a weight of nearly 40 kilograms from London to southern Europe - using the standard cheap means of post and delivery service – without being crashed on the way... Really sorry having to write this...

I'm not joking with the title - I really am truly sorry, having to write this unfortunate review. But in my case it simply, I don’t know… something went wrong! From the insertion on, my HP 3600dn printer made very unusual awkwardly loud ( and before else, unhealthy ..) sounds while initiating – than the printing was impossible. When I took the fuser back out and inspected it carefully it turned out that the transport sprocket drive ( the adjacent plastic housing ) is broken. Images attached. No hard feelings – I understand the process of shipping completely and is clear to me that this damage was almost certainly caused during the transport… But still – I spent money on something unuseful. So please forgive me but I cannot give you the good stars... In spite of everything – best regards from Europe/ Slovenia, Domen

the fitting part should be approx. 1,5 mm shorter to ideally fit into my lamp's socket - but I can use it normally also this way beacause the gasket rings are holdnig it in place perfectly. No difference at the transmission of the curing light can be noticed comapared to the original Tip
