Disappointing quality.
Manufacturer kindly sent 8 pieces, more than we ordered, but within 24 hours six of them were broken from regular use by children.

Great product!
Functions wonderfully (I bought a factory refurbished). Straightforward to understand and easy to use, it has all the functions you need - and, equally important, few that you don't. My wife has no problem using it even though she wears hearing aids.
