I am a bike enthusiast I love riding and I love building bikes. I'm just a bike guy like some of you so if you buy a part from me and it's not the right part or something is wrong with the part you bought please give me the chance to resolve the matter before you go to feedback and put a negative feedback. I want to resolve the issue and I do 9 out of 10 times .like I said I'm a bike guy that loves to build and ride bikes I'm far from perfect and I'm learning every day.     Item was exactly as described. Very comprehensive photos including a tape measure to show the size. Packaging was creative, but I would describe as subpar due to 8 inches hanging out of the package (by design, not because of damage). To the seller: USPS has free priority mail boxes and this probably would have fit better in a Priority Mail Small Tube Box. At the very least, it would have only had maybe two inches hanging out instead of eight. Still, item was sent very quickly, overall positive!
