Question, why would an Ebay seller ship my wrong item from Ebay in an Amazon packaging with Amazon paperwork inside?

I recieved 1 pencil of a different color although package said stary night. I let seller know and sent pictures. Although seller did not communicate with me, a refund was given. I was disappointed not to get the items I wanted, but it's all good.
