Wok Hei !!!
Absolutely brilliant. When used with a 04 bar variable gas regulator, the flame is a jet engine. It has more power than anybody will ever need. I've turned mine down, but good to know it's there.
You can fine tune the colour of the flame (airflow) with the small air lever behind/underneath the control knob.

Great BBQ mat!!!
Bought to be used as a BBQ mat. Absolutely perfect for this!

Element base badly rusted within two weeks. Not fit for purpose.
Element base started to rust badly within two weeks of fitting into a water steamer. Water turned dark brown. It was cheap, but not fit for purpose. Obviously should have been stainless steel. Removed awaiting a stainless steel replacement...
