Solved the problem
My car was flodded with 6" of water on the floor. After drying out everything worked great except the air bag light was on. The dealer wanted $150 to diagnose and said that the repair could cost up $1300. I replaced this module and solved the problem.

Ok But not great
The foam comes bent in half in a bag. At the bend the foam is crushed such that once on your handle bar it is noticeably thinner than where the foam was not bent. The foam never seems to regain it's original shape.
