Great/fun read for managers and supervisors to empower their employees.
This is a great book for anyone in a managerial or supervisor position. It teaches how to empower your employees and give them more responsibility. By doing so they will feel more invested in their jobs and be happier, more productive workers. This is not a boring management book. It teaches these principle through a fantasy story of an office manager. I highly recommend this book.
