Front Bumper Winch Plate D-Ring Rock Crawler for 1986-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ YJ

Well built but bad fit

I don’t know if I got a bad bumper or if my 1998 TJ has taken one too many off road hits but this did not fit at all! I spent about 2 hours grinding and cutting the intermediate supports off the bumper so it would fit over the cross member and then had to fabricate spacers for the parts that go around the frame because there was an inch too much space. On the plus side the paint is good, the welds are good and it looks great now that it’s on.

Great for SCX24

I added a lot of weight to my SCX24 and it was stalling out on climbs in low. This motor was an easy swap with just a few mods needed. No more stalling on climbs!

Well built well packaged

Perfect fit on my 98 Jeep. Came with good instruction and extra hardware. Box was beat up but the sliders were perfect due to the extraordinary packaging: rubber molding around the sharp edges, cardboard, foam, spray foam all wrapped tightly together. Cheapest price I could find as well.
