Handy and useful
I had one just like it in gray for about 3 years. I thought the battery was going bad so, without any hesitation, I bought another one. I then found that the slide switch on the side had moved to the 'off' position and the battery wasn't bad at all. Now I have two.
I use this for recording thoughts and comments. But I also use it for recording meetings, negotiations and phone calls to companies I do business with. I strongly suggest people have one of these for just that reason.
It's a great product at a great price.

LOUSY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The hitch itself is of great quality and value, but the installation instruction or HORRIBLE! The instructions try to cover installations for too many vehicle. They lack clarity. The instructions use abbreviations, but have no reference as to what the abbreviations are supposed to mean. Instead of a DIY project, I will need to consult a professional just to read the instructions. I have the ability to change out an engine and do body work, but with these instructions I can't do something that should be easy! Quite frustrating.
