Easy to use
Getting the battery in is the hard task unless you have big finger nails.
Rest is fine with the product.

Bad design and difficult controls
The so called ergonomic design doesn't fit properly. Earphone keeps falling out or is too tight to fit in my ears. The design is quite weird and you can't use any generic covers and it hurts in ear if you do so.
Controls are difficult to use. Music forward intermittently reduces volume, pauses music or triggers OK Google... basically anything but forward the music.
Wouldn't recommend this at all.
