Unlike many other brands of scrim tape, this is very adhesive, and won't fall off the moment you put it on.

This book tells you why gluten should not be a part of your diet, particularly modern hybridised wheat, if you care about your health. Whether you have coeliac disease or not, your body will respond negatively to the various components of wheat, the author explains in a very clear and compelling way. The advice from various health agencies to eat less fat and more grains is slowly killing us, Dr Davis says. This book is the best I have read in a long while.
