Good roomAVR but NOT a Heos AVR!
0 of 1 found this helpful Replaced home theater with the Denon AVR-X2400H having Heos compatibility thinking the added advantage of being Heos compatible would help solve a long standing problem of not being able to run wires in my room layout to surround back speakers by pairing the Heos compatible AVR unit with 2 Heos wireless speakers. Discovered the Denon AVR-X2400H can only bluetooth stream music (from iPhone or iPad for example) to the Heos speakers! You can not assign Heos speakers as surround elements using the surround signals generated by the AVR in a home theater 7.1 configuration. The only way to put Heos speakers in a surround sound system is to buy a completely different Denon Heos AVR (see the naming confusion here?). Less confusing marketing slogans/naming would have avoided the frustration and clarified the actual capability of the Denon AVR-X2400H receiver. Lesson learned the hard way but the AVR is a fine unit other than this.

Good product but installation tricky
Bought it for my son's car and he installed it himself. Missing some clips but he was able to modify it and make it work. Also, he said "don't trust YouTube install videos!"
