Misguiding description and first picture

Got misled by "Genuine for Ryobi" and the picture is of a Ryobi battery IT IS NOT a genuine Ryobi battery - the subsequent pictures are of their copy - quite misguiding and not ethical in my opinion. Might be a good product but purchased under the misapprehension that it was genuine Ryobi battery.
