GAMETECH 3DS XL Variable Hand Grip -Black- / Analog Stick Covers set #1365 F/S

    Satifying Click
The interchangeable handle pieces snapped in solid, and felt good to hold. Both sizes seemed to be good for different purposes, as the smaller set seemed much nicer for holding when heavily using the triggers, while the larger felt nice when using the stylus of just the face buttons. The triggers themselves are amazing. While the actual press of the button is only the 3DS shoulder buttons, the springy feeling of the triggers was fantastic to me, though I can see how it might make them too sensitive for some people. The circle pad covers all seemed just barely too tall. They would rub while I was trying to use them. However once I took one and trimmed the most minute of bits off the bottom, it no longer rubbed, and because so, so much better. It feels so much better to move around the pad now and you don't have the slickness that would force me to readjust my thumb constantly on long play sessions. The downside is trimming the bottom back also has made it where if I'm pressing hard for a long amount of time, and then pull my thumb up, the cover will come with my thumb, though this hasn't ever impacted play. Would definitely recommend this product for anyone whos hands just get exhausted holding the 3DS.

    Snug and comfortable
The circle pad covers fit amazingly well. It fits snug on top of the circle pad, does not move around, and does not come off. The paw print itself is a softer silicon sort of material that grips nicely to your thumb while playing. The pad cannot stay on the console when it's closed, however I'm led to believe this is true for any pad cover, but it is worth noting. The console does 'close' but there is noticeable strain on the console hinge. The biggest downside I found was the two pink pads had residual silicon from the paw print inside the cover. This prevented the cover from staying on the circle pad until I cut it out. As a preference point I did not find the raised center as comfortable as an indent (like the circle pad, or an xbox control stick) would have been.
