Cambridge Audio Azur is STUNNING!!!
Having waited until I could afford to replace my 740A with the 851A, the only comment I can make is -STUNNING. The upgrade is sound quality is amazing. It arrived in absolutely perfect condition and I find it hard to believe that it was reconditioned , the only difference was that it did not come in an original box. Looked brand new and even had the small piece of protective plastic over the glass display panel. Unfortunately, I now want to replace my 650C CD player with the 851C to go with it.

Solid high quality construction and more features than it is possible to mention.
This was purchased as a 'Refurbished' item although I have my doubts as to whether it was actually refurbished or not - it looked brand new so may have just been a demo item. Superb sound quality and plenty of connectivity both coaxial and optical to upsample the sound. Output to amplifier via standard phono cables (but get good quality ones) or for best quality use XLR cable.
Internet connection via ethernet cable or supplied aerial. The downside of this player - NOTHING. If a high quality network player is on your wish list then buy this before they sell out.

Cambridge Audio 851C CD player is more than superb.
I bought the (allegedly) 'refurbished' Azur 851A which looked like new (see my earlier review). I have now got my hands on the matching 851C CD player (also refurbished??) and the pair deliver a sound that is quite spectacular. The upgrade in the clarity of my CD collection is amazing. Connect it up, plug it in and enjoy!! You will not be disappointed. Connect using XLR cable for best quality.
