Great protection in the form of a shoe
I wanted a riding "boot" that would pass as a casual shoe.
These fit the bill pretty well. They look good, offer decent protection though not as much as a dedicated riding boot. And they're pretty comfortable.
My only nit-picks at this time are
1: the shoe is pretty stiff, this is great for a riding shoe, but for casual wear it makes the shoe awkward.
2: the shoe runs a bit skinny, I'd compare them to a pair of Nike high tops in terms of shoe fitment.

Great series, spectacular scenes and footage, top notch narations. If you are at all interested in the ocean and it's inhabitants, then i strongly recomend this series. from the deepes ocean rifts to the shores of the pacific this series is one for the whole family. don't miss out on this spectacular series that teaches as much as it stuns.
