Wouldn't be without LifeSeasons UrinariX
The ingredients and quality are awesome to ward off uti and to use instead of antibiotics to heal from a full blown infection! It works for me and I'm a hard case who can't tolerate antibiotics. I seem to be more susceptible to uti's as I've aged so I take once a day on a regular basis. Wouldn't be without it!

1 of 1 found this helpful Integrative Therapeutics is a high quality company. I've used Physicians Elemental Diet several times for SIBO and it has helped me to get it under control. I prefer the dextrose free because it's not so sweet, but the original is fine too. I don't have a problem with the taste and I find it easy to stay on; even for 3 weeks. After 3 days, cravings gone. The benefits are great if adhered to with help of health practitioner. Drinking lots of water can help alleviate constipation that may occur. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has gut issues.
