No good for purpose
One needs 250 - 1000 mg/day of Pure DMG depending on specific health problems. But as it is this product has so many other ingredients involved in the production which does not make it pure. So the 125 mg on the container cannot be truly said to be 125 Pure DMG.
I have been taking it and have not seen any benefit to my arthritic knee.

When I first bought it a very long time ago it was of good value and good quality. It came in package advertised. This time the package is different. the capsules tend to stick together.

It serves the purpose of starting my computer.
Yes after fixing it my computer starts as new. For quality I am not in a position to say since this a refurbished product.
