Large New in the Box ipad with Clear screen

Bought this to replace the ipad that I bought in 2018. The battery on the old ipad will only stay charged for 45-60 minutes. The only two issues that I am having with the new ipad is 1) bigger than my old ipad so I will need to buy a new protective case 2) it keeps dropping my connection to wifi and telling me that my wifi password is wrong when I know it is correct. That is probably a software not a harware issue. I turn the ipad off and when I turn it back on it reconnects to the wifi.
