Some staff have a attitudes others are ok
Spoke too manager Richard he had a attitude with Customers Ridiculous
Nick sorted the issue
1st call centre woman asked us how too do her job
2nd call staff got us too nick 👍
Very strange business wouldn’t jump too buy again but issue was resolved thanks too nick/mick who new his product
•Issue: no place for screws
Turns out instructions don’t mentions open it up at the from to put them in someone was wrong or lazy somewhere
