  Seller let down by YODEL who lost the parcel and didn’t update either the seller or the purchaser. I contacted the seller who established that YODEL had lost the parcel and he despatched a replacement item by Royal Mail next day delivery, I cannot fault the service that the seller provided, however, this isn’t the first time that I have had issues with YODEL who I’m my opinion are the worst performing couriers in the country.

  Despite the advert for this item stating it's the pump tooth paste (see my pic attached), it wasn't! It's just the bog standard squeeze tube type available much cheaper elsewhere! Read into this eBay listing what you will!! I messaged the seller who responded very quickly (5 stars). Unfortunately they never offered to send me the I actual item I wanted. In the end, I landed up keeping what was sent and received a refund, minus the actual price of what was sent. Disappointed really :-(
