Everything you wanted to know about supermarkets & food
Author goes into detail about how foods are handled from the farms to the supermarket and things that the average person would not otherwise know about the foods we buy and eat. Both sides of the story are told with slight emphasis on the authors point-of-view and experience. The book was purchased at the recommendation of a registered dietitian. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who has questions about the food they eat.

A great reference!
The Sports Collectors Digest price guides have always been my favorite. I like that the guide includes relative valuations for three card grades and provides a detailed 'how to use' set of instructions in the front. This guide is from 1996 and serves as an excellent reference for average card prices at that time, as well as detailed information about each card set from 1948-1995. There are more recent price guides by the same company for current baseball card collectors.

Yoga Beginner
Bought this for a family member, I like the exercises too. Good stretches, can fell sleeping muscles working. I would recommend!
