Great "Off the Peg" diagram program
I am not an expert but wanted something to be able to draw network diagrams. Found it easy to use and straightforward. Had plenty of symbols and all fitted on an A4 sheet though I think much larger diagrams could be made. All items are adjustable in size. The default Dia suffix means you can only open this with the Program present but it is possible to save diagrams in other formats eg pdf which are transportable but can't be altered. Great Program for me.

Great Upgrade for my Laptop
I have an ageing Toshiba Satellite C660-155 with windows 7 64bit OS and a BT smart hub 6.0 router. The realtek RTL8188C wireless card has only one band and the internet connection would drop out now and again and I would have to restart the card each time. The BT router is dual band. To upgrade I bought this Intel card after reading on the Toshiba forum that with slight modification, this card is compatible. I found out off Youtube how to get inside my laptop. The card is seated under the keyboard. It was easy to get at. The modification to the card again got off the Toshiba Forum involved sellotaping over two of the contacts. Number 20 and number 51. This was quite fiddly and I needed a magnifying lamp, tweezers and scalpel. Once done it was just inserted in its socket and the existing antenna leads connected. Two Intel drivers were required to be installed. A Bluetooth and the main wireless. The card was recognised straight away and worked first time. I now have a rock solid connection that has not played up in a month now and I have a bluetooth mouse connected as a bonus. A very worthwhile upgrade. Should have done it a long time ago.

Very disappointed with the size of the table
1 of 1 found this helpful Table good quality and easy to set up. Arrived promptly by courier. But it is tiny even for a six year old. Expected it to be small but not that small.
