Leaked. No Instructions. Didn't work.
I bought this to use in a snorkeling trip. There were no instructions. I finally figured it out, but didn't really matter since the unit leaked and ruined the battery. The light was only used at a water depth of a foot or two, so it definitely wouldn't work at lower depths. The low price and free shipping made sending it back a waste of time.

Good value. Worked fine for my intentions, which is just now and then use.
I used this transmitter in conjunction with a OLYMPUS ME-15 lapel microphone (about $20.00) which had been recommended by another reviewer. This combination was good for MY intentions, which was an interview using my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera. To step up to a better unit would have required a few hundred dollar investment, which I wasn't willing to make. I did notice an audible "pop" now and then, which might have been interference from a nearby electronic device. I did some testing at 100 feet away and it seemed fine. However, that was only testing and not something I actually used.

Good value. Worked fine plugged into my DSLR Camera
Worked fine for the purpose intended which was plugging directly into my NIkon D7000 DSLR camera as well as plugging into a wireless transmitter
