MacBooks Make Great Consumer-Level Laptops
Personally I like the MacBook quite a lot. I've been through three white ones I've sold on here, and now, I currently own a black, 2.2GHz Late 2007, which I currently like the best. Black works better with it's design. MacBooks have a nice, bright, and clear high-resolution display, and it is much easier to upgrade RAM and hard disk space. The Core 2 Duo models are quite fast as well, and it's design is sleek and comfortable; although, there are quite a few problems I have with the MacBook. First off, the older models have TERRIBLE GPUs (Intel GMA 950), and the Late 2007 models have a slightly improved, but still mediocre model (Intel GMA X3100). I would prefer an ATi Chipset, like it's predecessor had, but I'm glad they've at least placed a decent nVidia GPU in later models. I'm not too fond of the keyboard and trackpad design either, and would take a more durable version of the old fashion G3/G4 scissors-structure keyboard over this. Plus, I wish the made this more like the 12" PowerBook G4 size, keeping it's wide screen, but it's still quite small compared to 15" laptops in general, including the MacBook Pro. Sometimes, white MacBooks have a tendency to have discolored grease spots on the palmrests, and the black MacBook may end up with just shinny grease spots. The top case tends to chip away on the corners as well, which is very bothersome. I'm glad they made it thinner than it's predecessor, though. If the MacBook was a little smaller with a better graphics chipset, a better-made keyboard and trackpad, and if it was just a little more durable on the outside like it's predecessor, I would give the MacBook a five, right off the back. It's an excellent computer all around though, and I've really underestimated it before actually owning one, which was quite a mistake.

The Way to Go When You Can't Afford a 13" MacBook Pro
This computer my all means necessary is one of the best Macs I've ever used in my 15+ years with using Mac (practically all my life I've been using Macs). This was the best $710 I've ever spent, and this notebook is great! If you are a little short on trying to afford a 13" MacBook Pro, this is a great substitute, or even a replacement. The overall performance benchmark score is not much lower than a Unibody MacBook Pro at all. In fact, it's rather VERY close. I didn't find any performance flaws with this MacBook, and it runs quite better and faster than my previous Black 2.2GHz MacBook, which had the Intel GMA X3100 GPU, rather than a decent 9400M like in this Unibody model (and newer polycarbonate models altogether). At least both of them were MUCH better than the crappy GMA 950; What was Apple thinking?!? Anyways, if you want a great performing MacBook for less than $800 or maybe even less than $700, a decent gaming notebook, and if you don't really need a FireWire port (which is the only thing I'm woefully disappointed about), look no further. This MacBook will serve most or all your needs!

The Best & Longest Running Cartoon Network Cartoon Ever
The first season is one of the best seasons of Ed Edd'n Eddy. I mostly like the first episonde when the children of the cul-de-sac stuff were supposedly stolen, & when the Kankers met the Ed's. Too bad the FINAL episode of this TV show was this year. Hopefully, their season seven was going to be a movie, if A.K.A Cartoon kept their promise.
