  Seller used Evri. Item never arrived. When asked to repost with royal mail seller ignored. Following day I've received refund minus postage. Not recommended.

  Buyer wasn't in for several delivery attempts - I asked them to contact Evri but ultimately they item was returned to me by the courier. I offered to send again but seller insisted on untracked service which I don't do so I made a full refund of the purchase price. I don't see how I could have done more - perhaps the seller feels I should have brought it to them myself?
