it does its purpose
product use to be much shorter for back then teacups--I think the picture of the product was the original one --works ok but believe the hook will break off because some mugs have a slight lip curl which the hook has to be put on or taken off rather gingerly--I'll use it once in awhile but not as usual as I thought I would--thanks
