    Ordered a quality German brand and was sent a cheap Chinese equivalent. I could have bought the cheap ones for less than haft the price elsewhere. The seller has made the return process extremely difficult; Slow communication, ridiculously asking me to take the item to a shop in another town to return it, sent me a poor quality photo of them holding a paper QR code up to a camera, etc, etc. I would recommend avoiding this inexperienced and awkward EBay seller. I have now asked EBay to step in.

    This seller is one of the rudest persons I have purchased from in over 23 years on eBay. I did not receive my parcel, he said it had been delivered, he showed me a photo of my front door with the package left there in view for anyone to see so anyone could have taken it as it is on a public pathway he even said that the courier was going to deliver it on Tuesday but it did not arrive so I asked for a refund of which he did and then accused me of lying, I will be reporting this to EBay.
