Book of Enoch
1 of 1 found this helpful This in my opinion is unquestionably a book that should be in the New testament. Enoch is often referred to in the Bible by name and after reading his testimony it is clear that here was a man held in the very highest esteem by many of the other prophets. Much of what Enoch said and prophesied was actually contained in other testaments contained within the original bible- why was Enochs testimony omitted? this is open to debate- it is true much of what is written by Enoch is not for the feint of heart and perhaps this was too graphic for the original hebrew scriptures to be expected to contain- still-no less graphic than Revelations!!. Anyway I am no expert theologian but I did enjoy the read and Richard Lawrence's findings offer an amazing insight into a prophet who's work is not only misunderstood but in some cases completely overlooked.
