amazing value for a beautiful light

Really well packaged, all parts present and intact. You do need to attach the crystals yourself (packed in separate compartments to avoid damage in transit), which is really easy but a bit fiddly - they even provide thin fabric gloves for handling them.
Likely to change the bulbs to LCD at some point - but not expensive to do so.
Electrician found it relatively easy to fit, height is adjustable.
The lower darker part of the shade is mirror like and looks great.
Similar lights in the UK were triple the price, so absolutely thrilled with the quality of this product at such a reasonable price.
Received lots of lovely comments on them from friends and family and smile every time I look at them.
