The light is soft, middle to lower end o...

The light is soft, middle to lower end of spectrum, so it is easy on your eyes and plenty bright in dark rooms. I use an old iPhone block to energize since it stays in my home studio. The two arms give you a lot of flexibility to direct the light and there’s not much of a learning curve. This is the second one I own and am happy with them.
