Does the job... just
As far as I'm aware, this is the only way to get new style 105 or Ultegra BB's on or off. The adaptor just slots into a BB tool and then over the BB itself.
Sadly the adaptor is pretty weak and it's very easy to strip the threads on it. Just waiting for someone to make a proper tool to deal with these BB's.
