Cheapest,good quality

I bought that box for my friend. After receiving I set it up with in 10 minute. Works will on every provoider .only problem is it does not work on hub 3 .it make hub 3 rebooting.I have not tried IPTV or media player. I tried on all other options it works very will. I give 8 from 10
