Good product
I’ve always had trouble with spots when my diet isn’t on point. This has reduced the inflammation a lot and also makes your skin feel hydrated. I would recommend it and will buy again. A little goes a long way. I use daily and I think it will last around 2 months so it’s quite cheap really.
