Yes, this is a royal pain to set up but we'll worth the time and effort. There are a couple of assembly videos on YouTube (we chose one of them) & they are easy to follow, step by step. Mike, at Fitness Emporium has been wonderful. Great customer service. Highly recommend this purchase.
