really does reduce snoring
this is a great product, it works by restricting the airflow in open mouth snorers, so you breath more through your nose in sleep. Its really comfortable too. Its not like those mouth pieces that push your bottom jaw forward to open your airways, instead it just slots behind your lips and in front of your teeth and doesn't fall out at night. Definatley worth a try if you are a mouth snorer

works sort of but uncomfortable
this works by holding your tongue tip in a suction cup to prevent it from falling back into your mouth and blocking your airways which causes snoring. The only problem is it is uncomfortable and usually drops off in sleep so I've stopped using it. It might work for others though, its cheap enough to be worth a try.

did not work for me
1 of 1 found this helpful This product a soft thermo plastic mouth piece that works by gently moving your bottom jaw forward to open your airways and thereby reduce air vibration in the throat that causes snoring. It did not work for me. It comes in two sizes small and regular, both did not help. I understand that millions of these types of mouth pieces have been sold by various manufacturers so they must work for some people, but not me, Basically it doesn't really push the jaw forward effectively and just falls out at night.
