Fuji Finepix F40/45
0 of 1 found this helpful I managed to pick one of these up for a very reasonable £60 from clearance bargains. Nice size camera-not to small, works well in auto mode. I like the limited ISO auto mode (400-800-1600) and the mode that takes a picture with and without a flash.
Good pictures with very little noise at even 400 & 800 ISO, this is due to Fuji fitting large sensor and not over doing the mega pixel count.
Class leading indoor and low light photography, and good outdoor (100iso) performance.
Didn't like the lousy video mpeg mode, not a patch on any of my old Sony's.
In all a great point and shoot to take to a social occasion or the days when you cant be bothered to take the SLR.
