  I believe this seller actually knew about the problem with the printer before it was shipped to me, but the total cost to me has been refunded and that is the reason for me providing Neutral feedback instead of Negative feedback. Good communication as well.

  I never lie. The buyer is totally wrong. I provided photo evidence that the display was displaying the proper messages, such as, Ready. In addition I submitted photos of printed B&W and color documents to show all was working properly. I do not know what happened during shipping or by the buyer. The buyer agreed to have a local repairman give an estimate of repair cost. But failed to do so. I agreed to pay for repairs, if it was not too much. For all I know the buyer caused the problem.
