It was noted in the listing that the key was missing but when asked if the key code was stamped on the lock cylinder it was stated that there was a 99% chance it was. When I got the bars I was unpleasantly surprised to see you need a discontinued torque wrench (that might occasionally be called a key) to tighten the bars and there is no key or key cylinder. The seller told me its basically my fault for not doing more research.

Great for the price.
