  Hi, Really glad you like the case, and our apologies it took so long. We just checked on your order and can see we received your order on May 2nd. It was despatched via RM 24 on our next collection on May 6th, but I can see from the tracking that it wasn't delivered until Thursday May 15th, so looks like Royal Mail really dropped the ball on the delivery side, and for that we can only apologise. Had we realised we would have despatched a replacement to you, but glad it got there in the end!
