1 of 1 found this helpful Like most first time pregnant ladies (probably), I have been worrying about tearing during birth, and the effect of pregnancy on my pelvic floor. This is a great tool to practice with to give you something tangible to do the pelvic floor exercises with (apps that ask you to do it in your mind don’t work for me!) and I already feel that my tissue is stretching if only a little, to help with birth. You can also use it after birth to improve pelvic floor quality so there’s scope to use it for years!
The thing is you do need to use it to feel the benefit.
