We like the tap, which seems good quality, but the experience with the seller was abysmal. Tap bought with a sink. Delivered really late and then to someone else! Packaging wrecked. Seller wasted a lot of my time as I tried to chase up what I had bought. Seller tends to try to pass the buck to delivery firm that they chose (who I could not contact) and I had to message seller 13 times. Ludicrously slow and bad service.

I have ordered this item. I made a mistake an ordered the size that was about 2 cm too big. I have contacted Durovin, received immediately an email, stating that I need to return the item. Once the item returned on the same day they have issued my refund. I was very impressed with the customer service and the speed of service. I will definitely buy from Durovin again.

My 1st ever negative feedback. Late delivery, missed twice, wrong address, packaging wrecked, bolts missing, no tracking, zero courier comms. Sink: no instructions, no drilling templates, load spreader plates or brackets so “wall hung” basin expected to hang off 3 bolts in the back of cast resin unless put on a shelf. Had to message 13 times to chase & locate. Sadly can’t recommend Durovin basins as fixing method unsatisfactory and seller service/support poor. No compensation. Buyer beware.
